MEGMAR LOGISTICS & CONSULTING Sp. z o. o., along with esteemed co-exhibitors EUROTORP, FAUN Trackway, FREQUENTIS AG, and MARTIN – BAKER, left a significant mark at the 31st International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce, held from September 5th to 8th, 2023. This year’s event set a new record, boasting the highest number of exhibitors, with 711 participating companies from 35 countries and the largest exhibition space in the history of MSPO.

Participation in MSPO 2023 provided a valuable platform for showcasing cutting-edge innovations in aviation technology, communications, airport infrastructure, and air traffic management, all of which have potential applications in the Polish Armed Forces. Visitors also had the opportunity to explore offerings from various exhibitors.

A standout at the event was the unveiling of the EUROTORP consortium’s lightweight 323.7 mm MU90 Impact torpedo, designed for anti-submarine warfare across a spectrum of submarines, including nuclear-powered and diesel-electric or hybrid submarines in shallow and coastal waters. This versatile torpedo can be deployed from ZOP planes, helicopters, and surface ships. MEGMAR LOGISTICS & CONSULTING Sp. z o. o. is the exclusive representative of the MU-90 torpedo manufacturer in Poland, providing critical support to the Polish Armed Forces.

The display of an operational base (FOB) model garnered significant attention. Constructed using Hesco Bastion sets, aluminum mats for helicopter landing pads, and flexible road systems from FAUN TRACKWAY, this exhibit exemplified advanced base infrastructure solutions.
MARTIN-BAKER made waves with the presentation of the US 18E ejection seat for the F-16 BLOCK 70/72 aircraft. Based on the US16E seat installed on the Lockheed Martin F-35 aircraft, the US18E seat ensures safe ejection for crew members equipped with a helmet-mounted display (HMD) across a wide range of sizes and speeds.

FREQUENTIS AG showcased a groundbreaking product: a digital air traffic management tower. This innovative solution enables the relocation of air operations control centers outside traditional airport infrastructure, such as underground shelters or mobile versions (containers, vehicles). This innovation empowers air traffic controllers to operate away from combat zones, utilizing panoramic cameras for a 360° horizontal and 60° vertical field of view, even in challenging conditions like snowstorms and fog. Additionally, an infrared mode ensures operational capabilities at night.

These featured products represent just a fraction of the extensive range of military equipment and technologies on display.
Throughout the tradeshow, MEGMAR LOGISTICS & CONSULTING’s booth welcomed high-ranking representatives from national and international militaries, embassies, and defense industries. Numerous fruitful meetings with potential customers and industry peers took place.

The crowning achievement of the 31st International Defense Industry Exhibition was the “Top Design” award bestowed upon MEGMAR LOGISTICS & CONSULTING for its outstanding booth design.
