Certificate No. 1: Concession No. B-023/2011 for special trade
August 2011: The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration granted MLC, for 50 years, concession No. B-023/2011 for producing and trading weapons, ammunition, as well as products and technologies for military and police purposes in Poland.
Certificate No. 2: NATO Commercial and Government Entity Code NCAGE: 3148H
May 2006: Military Center for Standardization, Quality Assurance and Codification granted Megmar Logistics & Consulting Ltd NATO Commercial and Government Entity Code NCAGE: 3148H.
Certificate No. 3: Credibility Certifiicate by National Armament Director
April 2013: National Armament Director confirmed credibility of our company for cooperation with NSPA purposes.
Certificate No. 4: Certificate of AQAP 2110:2016 System
March 2020: The company passed the audit of AQAP 2110:2016 System – in terms of supervision of the development, modernization, and production, as well as delivery and service of products, systems, and technologies for civilian, military and police purposes. Certificate No. 801/A/2020.
Certificate No. 5: Certificate of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
March 2020: The company recertified Quality Management System System compliant with ISO 9001:2015 – for the first time implemented and certified in 2012. Certificate No. 801/S/2020.
Certificate No. 6: Certificate of Internal Control System
March 2020: The company passed audit of Internal Control System in terms of trading goods of strategic importance. Certificate No. 801/W/2020.
Certificate No. 7: Security office. First Level Facility Security Clearance
The company has a department of protection in its structure – The Security Office. Company employees are cleared to access information classified as CONFIDENTIAL and SECRET. Certificate No. SBPNF011516S issued by Internal Security Agency.
Certificate No. 8: TRACE Certificate
September 2016: Verification of MLC by the business intelligence company. The awarded certificate confirms the credibility of MLC.
