METS™ TRAINER, VARIOUS MODELS

Aircraft (of all sizes and types) trainers, adapted to carry out the evacuation in case of ditching.

Materials used in METS constructions are of high quality, and include: Stainless Steel Type 304, ABS Plastic, Lexan, Acetyl Plastic, High Density & Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, Aluminum Bronze, 18-8 Stainless Steel, Silicon Bronze.

The list of clients with METS trainers is long and covers, among others, US Army, Royal Netherlands Air Force, Survival Systems USA, Inc., Navy India, Falck Nutec (Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands), Marins Pompiers (France), NASC (Australia).

MODEL 30

An aircraft trainer, adapted to carry out the evacuation in case of ditching.

The METS™ Model 30 is the size of a S-61 / Puma, Bell 212, UH-60, S-76, etc. and has eight interchangeable emergency exit panels. The Model 30 is benchmarked as the international standard for use in delivering aircraft ditching training, especially to the offshore industries. It seats up to 12 students.

MODEL 40

An aircraft trainer, adapted to carry out the evacuation in case of ditching.

Modular METS™ immersion simulator, model 40,  is used for training of flight crew and passengers or the landing soldiers – in terms of evacuation in case of ditching. It seats up to 14 students.

Used to replicate large, wide-bodied helicopters (i.e., Super Puma, CH-53, S-61, EH-101, CH-47, NH-90, etc.) or smaller fixed-wing aircrafts (i.e. the Hercules C-130, etc.). Military services prefer the METS™ Model 40. It accommodates eight interchangeable emergency escape exits.

MODEL 50

The biggest of aircraft trainers, adapted to carry out the evacuation in case of ditching.

Model 50 is the latest addition to the METS™ family. It replicates the largest transport helicopters such as the Sikorsky S-92 with the maximum level of fidelity. It accommodates 8 interchangable panels, and allow for a maximum trainee capacity of 14.
